In Mayurbhanj district our main focus is to promote Health Care; Education, Livelihood & NRM, Women Empowerment, Training to Adolescents, Vocational training, Child Rights, Environment & Forest, youth activities, Relief Rehabilitation & Disaster Management & protection of the rights of tribal people living in inaccessible areas where reaching the benefit of development is almost a daunting challenge for both Government and Civil Society Organizations.

In Keonjhar district we have involved in activities i.e. Management of Maternity Waiting Home (Maa Gruha) at Hatadihi (Soso), Youth Entrepreneurship Development Programme, Survey and delineation of micro watersheds along with capacity building of the local.

In Balasore district, the organisation has been involved in the activities i.e. Induction-cum-GPDP training programme for the Elected Representatives of PRIs (Ward Members) in Jaleswar and Baliapal blocks. This programme is supported by SIRD, Govt. of Odisha/ DRDA, Balasore.

In Deogarh & Jajpur districts we have worked in Plantation work of Medicinal Plants, livelihood promotion & Youth Development Programme, Survey respectively.

In twin city of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar (Khurda), we have involved in Health, Education & Environmental Sanitation of slum dwellers. IMTS is managing UPHC in Cuttack city (Bamphakuda) of Cuttack district.

In Ganjam district we have involved in activities i.e. Management of Urban PHC (Ambapua) in Berhampur city, Water & Sanitation, Women Empowerment, Adolescent Health, etc.

In Sundargarh district we have involved in activities i.e. Management of Urban PHC at Sector-22 in Rourkela city and Management of Maternity Waiting Home (Maa Gruha) at Rajgangpur & Lahunipara block, Reproductive & Child Health, Women & Child, Adolescent Health, SRH, etc.

In Puri district we have involved in activities i.e. Management of Urban PHC (Penthaka) in Puri city, Health, Sanitation & Hygiene, Adolescent Health, etc.

In Boudh district we have involved in activities i.e. Management of Maternity Waiting Home (Maa Gruha) at Boudh, Youth Entrepreneurship Development Programme, Mother & Child health, capacity building of the local on govt. program, etc.

In Kendrapara district we have involved in activities i.e. Management of Primary Health Centre (New) at Batighar under Mahakalpara block, Mother & Child health, Health, Sanitation & Hygiene, Adolescent Health, etc.

After Odisha super cyclone 1999, we have also worked in coastal district of Jagatsinghpur on rehabilitation programs for cyclone victims. Yoga programme with support from CCRYN, New Delhi.

Till now we have covered 6722 Villages along with Bhubaneswar, Baripada, Cuttack, Rourkela, Berhampur & Puri municipality, 270 Gram Panchayats and more than 59 Blocks in the State of Odisha.
